Our Team
Gregg Shively has over 30 years experience in natural gas and electricity markets working for energy marketers, consultants, and developers. Mr. Shively has spent most of his career developing and implementing energy strategies including fuel plans, generation investments, risk management and climate action planning. From the early years of scheduling and trading energy supply on wholesale grids and to managing energy portfolios for large Fortune 500 companies and providing due diligence and development support for large scale renewable and tradition generation projects, Mr. Shively's clients rely on the deep experience and creative thinking to asses and manage complex energy portfolios.
Elaine Wilks has deep experience in the energy markets to help clients minimize cost, reduce market risk, enhance reliability and resiliency and reduce carbon emissions. Mrs. Wilks has 15 years of experience in project development, financing and valuation, supply planning, contract negotiation, renewable PPAs, etc. Mrs. Wilks has spent her career navigating the dynamic energy landscape, solving challenging energy supply considerations, and meeting sustainability objectives of clients. Mrs. Wilks has worked over the years in the financial, commercial, industrial and power generation markets to establish and meet important business objectives using creative energy strategies and technologies. Ms. Wilks works with regional and governmental officials across the Nation to advance the adoption of alternative fuels and coordinates with regional utilities to solve distribution challenges.
